Monica Wiesener
Malibu’s Dependable Realtor
As a Malibu realtor and enthusiast, I can tell you first hand that this stunning beach community has much to offer prospective home buyers. When working with my clients, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of Malibu restaurants, residences, area schools, recreation, close proximity tranquil beaches, and breath taking mountain views to aid them in finding their dream properties. Being intimately familiar with this community and its various offerings, I have an abundance of information to share with buyers, sellers, and renters.
Personal Philosophy
Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of my personal philosophy. From a very young age, I learned the value of commitment, dedication, and having a strong work ethic through my experiences playing competitive tennis. From traveling around the globe, to playing tennis since I was 10 years old, my life experiences have truly molded me into the person I am today.
My experiences also helped me cultivate characteristics, such as loyalty and reliability that have only strengthened the relationships I have with my clients. When you hire me as your Malibu realtor, you can count on me to get the job done right. In our time working together, you will see why I am known as Malibu’s dependable realtor.
My Experience
I am a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Previews International, and I work out of the Malibu Colony office. At Coldwell Banker Previews, I assist clients with all steps related to buying, leasing, and selling homes in Malibu and Calabasas. In May 2009, I obtained my Department of Real Estate (DRE) license and since then, I have become a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Malibu Association of Realtors.
Prior to becoming a Malibu real estate agent, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Economics. I achieved a 4.0 GPA in my minor in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. I was fortunate enough to attend the University on a full tennis scholarship where I achieved the number 1 position in the singles line up for two consecutive years. In singles, I ranked in the top 25 in the West Coast Conference.
Before attending the University of San Diego, I studied at the University of California, Berkeley on a full tennis scholarship. My team was ranked as high as number 3 in the nation for Division 1 Women’s College Tennis, and I also achieved the number 2 position in singles line up.
Passion
Real estate is my number one passion followed closely by tennis. I am a member of the Calabasas Tennis and Swim Center, and have been an accomplished tennis player since I was 10 years old. I am proud to say that I have attained great achievements in this sport. Throughout my tennis career, I have:
- Competed internationally, and played professional tennis on the WTA tour.
- Achieved sponsorship by Yonex.
- Achieved top 4 ranking in the 18 and under division in Southern California, ranked top 30 in the nation in the 18 and under division, and competed in international tournaments when I was 15 years old.
- Received a sportsmanship award from the USTA for having a positive and competitive attitude.
In my spare time, I enjoy giving tennis lessons, and have built a solid list of students that are very appreciative of my commitment, coaching, and support. |
